Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label and print it directly from your browser.

Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and securely affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
