How do I determine my correct shirt size?
We offer a comprehensive fit guide that includes instructions for measuring your neck, sleeve length, and chest. Our shirts are available in Classic, Slim, and Extra Slim fits to ensure a tailored look for every body type.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items within 90 days of the ship date. Please note that monogrammed or custom-altered items are final sale.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. We also offer expedited options, including 2-day and overnight delivery, for orders placed before 1:00 PM ET on business days.
Do you offer professional monogramming services?
Yes, we offer custom monogramming on many of our dress shirts and cuffs for a small additional fee. You can select your preferred font style and thread color during the product customization step.
How should I care for my Non-Iron shirts?
To maintain the wrinkle-free performance of our Non-Iron shirts, we recommend machine washing in warm water and tumble drying on a medium setting. Remove promptly from the dryer to ensure a crisp, pressed appearance without ironing.
